Say goodbye to the surroundings of an office—imagine exchanging your vows beneath a beautiful outdoor wedding pavilion on private property. The backdrop? Towering timbers, a serene parkland, and a picture-perfect creekline—ideal for capturing those magical first moments as newlyweds.

This simple option is perfect for couples who want to skip the traditional fuss but still crave a personal and picturesque setting. There’s ample space for a few close guests and your witnesses, allowing you to share the moment together.

To make your day even more perfect, your package includes transport to and from your accommodation/venue, an hour of professional photography to capture those cherished moments and a few considerate extras. And, of course, all of the legalities taken care of and the deliverance of a simple, yet personal ceremony which will be tailored to your love story.

  • Protected Outdoor Venue

    Exchange your vows beneath a stunning outdoor wedding pavilion in peaceful surroundings on private property located half way between the town of Margaret River and the coastline, with a beautiful backdrop of parkland and tall timbers. You'll have access to the pavilion and the property’s beautiful photo opportunities for one hour, allowing ample time for a memorable and picturesque occasion.

  • Share the Moments

    You’re welcome to share the moment with a few of your nearest and dearest, but please note that this package is designed for a more intimate gathering, rather than a large crowd.

    Parking is available on the property and limited seating will be provided.

  • Personalised Ceremony

    We'll work together to craft a simple ceremony that reflects your unique love story and it will be delivered with meaning and sincerity. Naturally, I’ll ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and all the essential legalities are included in the ceremony. You’ll leave the ceremony with your beautiful Australian Certificate of Marriage to mark the special occasion.

    A tasteful signing table will be provided and you’re welcome to provide your own minimal and meaningful decorations*.

  • Arrive at the Aisle in Style

    Be transported to the pavilion in a beautiful Chevrolet provided by Belair Affair. Package includes pick up and drop off within a 25km radius of the Margaret River town centre and plenty of outdoor photo opportunities whilst on the property.

  • Capture the Moments

    Enjoy one hour of professional photography on the property by Cape Creative Photography. From your arrival in the Chev, through the ceremony, and amongst several stunning settings the property offers, you’ll receive up to 200 images of you and your guests. All photos will be colour and exposure corrected and provided via digital transfer or USB within 7 working days.

  • Toast the Occasion!

    I will provide two chilled bottles of Margaret River sparkling wine (and glasses) for you and your small group of guests to enjoy immediately after the ceremony.**
